Graduating from Dalhousie University in 1970 Dick worked for 12 years with two national oil Companies as a system analyst, auditor and a marketing supervisor.
In 1983 Dick and Linda purchased Action Press he has worked in the printing industry since that time. Dick was the founding president and is a past president of the PEI Printers Association.
Linda Carruthers
Vice President / Co-Owner
Linda Graduated from Notre Dame Secretarial School in Montreal with a medical secretarial diploma and went to work at Dalhousie University. Her first position was with the Dept. of Continuing Medical Education and later in the Dean of Medicine’s office.
She held various positions over the years in the government as personal assistant to the first lady cabinet minister – the late honorable Jean Canfield, an architectural firm and private industry.
In 1983, she joined her husband at Action Press where she still works today.

Graduated from Holland College in Charlottetown, PEI with Graphic Design diploma, Gabe has also a bachelor diploma in Advertising from Universidade Estácio de Sá in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
